Product Description

The company’s core business includes PE electrofusion fittings, hot-melt fittings, ball valves, steel-to-plastic transition joints, and other pipeline accessories for PE gas and water supply applications, covering sizes from DN20 to DN2000 and more than 3,000 product varieties and specifications. The company is equipped with 42 advanced injection molding machines, nearly 50 high-precision CNC machining centers, and over 10 automated welding systems, as well as a centralized material-supply system and multiple sets of automated production equipment. With an annual production capacity of 10,000 metric tons of polyethylene pipe fittings, the company ranks among the leaders in China’s PE pipe fittings industry in terms of innovation capability and overall scale.

The company places paramount importance on quality, comprehensively implements 6S management, and has adopted international management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. It has also obtained Korean KS certification, European CE certification, and UK WRAS certification, while its testing center has been accredited by the national CNAS laboratory accreditation body, thereby establishing a highly professional quality management team. In addition, we have developed an MES management system that integrates a six-tier quality management network—covering incoming inspection of raw and auxiliary materials, first-piece inspection by shift supervisors, self-inspection by production staff, on-site inspections by quality inspectors, batch-by-batch performance testing of finished products, and full inspection of certain key performance parameters (such as resistance value and sealing performance) prior to shipment—to rigorously control quality at every stage of the entire production process, from raw material receipt to finished product shipment.
