  Precautions

  3. Based on the site conditions, temperature, and operating voltage, the welding time may be appropriately adjusted during welding.

  4. Connect a matching power supply in accordance with the welder’s requirements. The farther the power supply is from the electrofusion welder, the larger the diameter of the power cable should be, to prevent voltage drop from compromising the quality of the welding operation.

  5. During pipeline installation, bends and tees shall be reinforced with buttresses or secured with supports, and appropriate compensation shall be provided for the pipeline.

  6. The pipeline shall be buried below the permafrost layer, and during trench installation and welding, the pipeline must not be allowed to become submerged in water.

  8. When working in environments with large diurnal temperature variations, use alignment tools and other fixtures to secure the pipe fittings on both sides of the electrofusion fitting, so as to prevent thermal expansion and contraction from compromising weld quality.

In harsh environments with large diurnal temperature variations, stabilizers and other pipe-fixing devices should be promptly installed to prevent thermal expansion and contraction from compromising the quality of the final weld; furthermore, when temperatures are exceptionally low, thermal insulation measures must be implemented to avoid unnecessary losses.

  4. Finally, during the cooling process of the pipeline, it must not be moved arbitrarily.

  Weather Resistance: Under the combined effects of natural climatic factors such as sunlight, temperature fluctuations, wind and rain, and atmospheric oxygen, the strength, thermal stability, and elongation at break of the piping all decrease. Through testing the weather resistance of bamboo-based materials, it has been confirmed that the pipe material retains the properties of the raw material, ensuring that, even after receiving positive evaluations for its performance, the system piping can still meet the technical requirements for industrial applications.
